5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, logos, UI elements, dashboards, and platform features are the exclusive property of Influex. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with external services (Google, Meta, Instagram APIs, analytics tools, payment gateways). We are not responsible for:

• Their privacy practices
• Their service availability
• Any loss caused by their usage

You agree to comply with all third-party terms while using integrated features.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the Service operational, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Complete data accuracy
• Immediate bug resolutions

Scheduled maintenance or updates may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influex shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
• Platform downtime or user errors
• Third-party service failures
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using the Service.

• You misuse platform features
• We detect fraudulent or harmful activities

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.
